Hi, I’m Judi Bontreger.

I am a Professional Christian Life & Leadership Coach and I help busy professionals avoid the pitfalls of burnout and gain clarity and purpose.

Every week I have the privilege of coaching amazing leaders who are reaching goals and crafting a compelling vision for their lives.

I have worked in management and executive level jobs in both the business world and in the church setting. Each time I struggled to find balance and survive those seemingly inevitable periods of burnout. Along the way, I discovered life coaching and it had a tremendous impact on the way I went to work each day.
